Dreaming of Fishing
I came back from vacation in Florida wanting to fish. Of course, here in Maryland, the options aren’t great for fishing this time of the year. We can’t even un-winterize our boat yet because it is still getting too cold out at night!
I can’t wait for it to be just a little warmer. Most importantly, not dropping below freezing. Then we can get the Jenny Bird ready to start the season.
When I’m fishing and I pull in something cool, maybe something that seems really big. I always wonder about what the state records are for the fish I catch.
Well, the cold winter weather has given me some time to research that. It was a fun and interesting endeavor. So, in case you ever wondered about state record fish… here is the Maryland state record fish (Chesapeake Divison).
