Sounds Like A Weird Idea Right?
It did to me at first! I was trying to think of a gift for my sister-in-law… I remembered we had a conversation one day about bullet journals and she had never heard of one. She seemed interested when I explained it to her though. So, when I was thinking about what I could do for her birthday, I decided to make her a bullet journal.
One Month Done Just To Show The Basic Ideas
Since bullet journaling is a personal thing that we make for our individual needs, it might seem like an odd concept for someone else to make you one.
My thoughts on it were that if I did her May pages for her, she could see some different ideas for layouts. This would also help her get into a routine of using the journal regularly.
Coming up with what spreads that I thought she might like took some thinking! I’m happy with how it turned out though. The spreads are cute and there is enough variety for her to get her own ideas for future layouts.

Birthday Bullet Journal
So this is how Amy’s gift turned out. I didn’t go crazy with a million spreads, just enough to give her ideas. Since May is all ready for her, she can start working on June whenever she’d like. She is super creative so I’m sure she will come up with some cool spreads and themes. I’m hoping to get her hooked! I guess we will see if it works!
