Memory, Oh Memory, Where Have You Gone?

  1. Let’s make lesson time easy!
Have the riders respond to the name of the horse they are assigned to for that lesson. If I were to ride Cory you would call, CORY, CHANGE YOUR DIAGONAL instead of BRENDA,…..
You may already be doing this but it’s the first thing I thought of. 💕

    1. I definitely do that sometimes. Some of the parents get frustrated with me that I can’t remember their kid’s name. Luckily it is only the 3 rd week in the session so hopefully, I will be able to learn at least some of them!

  2. Hi Katie,
I just subscribed to your blog after one of my older sisters showed it to me. My family has a small horse farm in Granville, Ohio, and I was also left with a TBI and other injuries after being hit by a drunk driver on December 31, 2016. I wish we would of come across your blog a lot sooner since we both have such similar backgrounds and interests. Over the next few days I plan on going back and read all of your old posts, and looking forward to new ones from you. Take care, and I truly hope you’re doing well.

    1. Thank you so much! TBI is life-changing and it definitely helps to talk to and know other people who are going through it as well. That is so awesome that you are a horsewoman also. Thank you again for subscribing and I hope you enjoy the blog. I enjoy writing it!
